		<description>When even some of the members of the OPEC countries start telling everybody that the price of oil should only be about $80bbl nd the oil companies report profits exceeding the GDP of some small countries, there are some rats somewhere....starting in Congress. They do alot of talking and hold hearings, but little if any action. The oil companies are STILL getting tax breaks afforded them by Congress.

I mean, why is it people in California can drive across the border into Mexico and gett gas $1 cheaper? Hmmmm....</description>
