Scrapbook Images Now Online

After a brief break from working on the site, I have been hard at it the last few days and now have the old Scrapbook content back online in it’s entirety!! This was a major accomplishment toward getting the site “finished”… that is getting all the old content back online so I can move forward.

Next up on the list is starting to get the old chase accounts back online. That announcement should make many visitors happy. I have saved that section for last, because it’s the most time consuming, and because after I get everything up through 2003 done, I have to go back and actually WRITE the chase accounts from 2004 through 2007.  This is not a task I will ever put off again.  If no other reason than details can fade from memory. I am hoping reviewing the video and maps from the chase days will bring everything back to me.

Anyway, that’s the update and the progress thus far. I am very happy to have made this much progress on the site.  So go and check out my old scrapbook images. Once everything else is done, I will go back and add some more newer stuff to that as well.

Just checked out your scrapbook pics. You’ve got quite a collection…pretty nice! But where are the ones of you at parties? ;-)

You think y’all could get that pin ball machine from the Twister Museum for special use in the SDS Treatment Facility? lol. You’re site is coming around David.

I got lots more to put up from about 2003 to date as well. Wanted to get all the old stuff back online first. Me at parties? Surely you jest! Thankfully back in my party days were also the days when I didn’t care to have a camera pointed at me!

Yeah that pinball machine is pretty sweet. I wouldn’t mind having it if I had room for it. If you ever go there you can play it for free.

The blog hit the bigtime today…got a bunch of spam comments coming in now!

I’m going to need that facility soon… looks like the Dewvoid is killing cane season also… eye roll.

Man, I’ll say. I think the GOM and Atlantic basin is even calmer than last year! LOL!!

We are finally knocking at 100F this week….not bad for it being a full week into August. Still, with the dewpoints lower, it is much more bearable than a DFW 100F. :-)

If I had the moolah for it, it would make a fine addition to the SDS Treatment Center as Dew pointed out. :-)
